A professional Taekwon-Do coach  with more than 40 years of experience in Eastern martial arts, the author has brought up several generations of students that achieved considerable success.

Intended for students and their parents, as well as for instructors of Taekwon-Do, this book has all
the necessary information to test successfully for 1st dan ITF Taekwon-Do black belt. This book can
be used for self-study and as a textbook in Taekwon-Do schools.
A unique feature of this Taekwon-do book is an expository chapter on the biomechanics of ITF Taekwon-Do,
supported by experiments conducted at leading Russian universities.

It took the author  10 years to complete this Taekwondo book.
